Lmao, i have been escaping my own for hours now, thanks to myspace and pointless bulitens that i just have to read.   

I can not really offer much more than what i already said. The one arguement i did have left was that not one company would swear allegiance to the US, unless nationalized or threated with nationalization. Now, that pretty much makes them not American, because besides the open market and the educated(well at least somewhat educated) workforce. The bad thing this country is doing in my opinion, is being overly capatalistic. We treasure money and our possesions more than anything else. All we can do is complain about what is happening in the world, but few of us do so much as donate $50 dollars on christmas. Something i aim at doing before I get anyone else presents, including family. I mean, besides students and a few adults I dont see much gratidute or humility. And most of the time its motivated by something similar to money.

The government isnt helping, their education reforms are horrendous, in my opinion. Why? Well mostly because they are planning to concentrate on two main areas, scince and math. And they are planning to screw over all of the other areas of education. Already cuts are being made in foreign language, social studies, and art. What happens then to those who dont like science or math, who would rather paint, or think, or write. What happens to that average student who doesnt want to compete for everything, who just wants to have a normal existance.

I dont want to raise an issue over morals and capatalism. Though that could lead to a interesting discussion.

I enjoy science, I like math. But, I would not give up all the greater things we have. I mean there is art and there is abstract thiking, things we can not express with math or science, and even fuzzy logic does not amount to the infinite ability of our brain to imagine and create.

Free advancement is an illusion. Its never free, nothing is free. Advancement is made by opportunity. Usually it happens through war, othertimes it happens through demand. And only a few time has it happened by accident. In the end one advancement led to another and another. But, generally each one had one of two goals in mind. To find a way to make life better, or to find way of ending life in a more efficient way. Such a contrast in goals, but its true. The greed of humanity is truely outdoing itself in our world. I mean look at the ridiculous things that are happening. Billions of dollars were pored into research of whether or not Pluto was a planet or not. What her face just dies, and that is all the media has to talk to about, while about 20,000 people die every day just from poverty, another 15,000 die from common disease, 25,000 die from cancer, diebities, AIDS and advanced disease. They could discuss the impending social security crisis or the fact that genocide is happening in Darfur. That the thing i dont get, we SWORE to protect all oppressed cultures and we SWORE to never let genocide happen after WWII. And now in a country with a GDP less than that of Vermont has killed over 250,000 people, and has displaced another 3 million.

I personally have little hope for the world anymore. All advacement will be ingaged into beuracracy and made into the peoples play thing. Even moral institutions such as goverment becomes a bussiness. Even the Church falls under the pressures of red tape.

There isnt much that is true. But there is so much much more we could try and do to improve society in general, that we dont do. We are just too busy to go help pass out clothes to the poor, we are just too strained for cash to give up that five dollars that could buy food for an entire family. We are just too cool to go pick up that trash on the highway. We are just too rich to buy that gas conserving car, plus this gas gobler comes in my fovorite color.

The fact that we are so immoral and greedy just disturbs the crap out of me.

I dont think global warming is not the big issue anymore. The fact that i dont like is that a recent panel of scientists said that the government paid them to keep quite about findings that could have potentially proven global warming, and found a way to stop it. Just the fact that this democracy wants to keep things hidden, things that are potentially irrelevant, just goes to show how corrupt this institution is becoming.

And havent you heard of global cooling?     

It was recently in the news I think. If I can find an article that is related then I will post it. Part of that news was that a private company is paying scientists to reveal what the government paid them to keep hidden.

Yea, there is another group that is saying that in truth global warming is just another phase in our planets cycle. They say that this era is most likely the calm before the storm, the storm most likely being the next Ice Age.

Have you also heard that if we cause enough imbalance we might bring it about earlier?

Trying to find the articles, have come up with ones about how companies are now starting to pay scientists more for this info. But, nothing on the fact that washington hid things yet.

The ice age will come, scientist will try and warn us, we will ignored it. And then most of our civilization will colapse into anarchy as the major population centers of the world are flooded and forzen.

And yes we CAN stop, we CAN.

We can stop using fosil fuels, there is hydrogen fuel cells that are now compeltly feseable. And there are organic fuels, and there is fussion technology.

We have a lot of options, the government is just to 'busy' with other things.

Hydrogen fuels have finally been able to output an eqaul amount of fuel that it takes to opperate them, we are only years away. The problem is that the public is stupid enough to think that the hydrogen fuel cell could actually be dangerous.

The only debate about organic fuels is the fact that it takes gassoline to harvest them, and that engines are fit to run them yet. So it has been stated as inprofitable, but I think that this was all just a bribe from the big car companies to postpone their "Judgement Day"

And as for hydrogen fuel cells, they dont use hydrogen gas, they use Water, hydrogen gas is broken away. But, the minute amount of it would pose no real danger.

no, they CREATE water by breaking the H2 bonds and creating 2 O-H bonds.

no! I've had multiple sources on it, have watched 3 videos AND have read it in 2 different sciam articles.
and besides, I dont have time.
my only proof is this: if it currently worked, then we would spend money on it because it is FAR cheaper than buying oil and its more reliable and less dangerous. we dont and thats because IT DOESNT WORK (yet)
your one source is not enough to counter the scientists in SEVERAL sources that I have read who point this out as a far far out in the future thing
sure its promising, but we dont have the tech for it now.

sure it'll take a lot of energy and manipulation, but hopefully in a few thousand years we will have the capacity.
