When I want to start Galciv2 with the update 140x,
a registration-box gets open and I have to write e-mail and serial-number into it
after that the game try to connect via internet but then i get this malfunction:
"error activating the product" (my serial number is correct- without it I haven´t
update the game.

After malfunction it show´s me this:
"Please check the serial number that you have entered and ensure that it is associated with the email you used. Try to activate the product again. If you are using Stardock Central you can right-click on the product and attempt to activate without reinstalling. Please include this log file when contacting support@stardock.com."
