It's Memorial Day, a national holiday in the US, where Stardock is located. That's probably the reason no one's around today.

If they are closed why did I see a stardock rep on? the guy that was on was frogboy. I sent him a Pm and he rudely ignored it.

Maybe he is taking personal time because he loves the game (that's what I'm doing). Maybe he ignored it because you've been acting like a spoiled four year old all day. Life is full of questions...

Now that is uncalled for saying I am acting like a 12 year old. that is not the case I am just getting tired of paying for games to only have issues with a game and have trouble getting tech support for it. I had nothing but issues with this game since I bought it. Also I was not rude in my PM yet he did not answer it. They are supposed to be there to help people with problems and he was on. He seen my PM and did not respond. Twice he was on he did not answer it and he still has not. I even sent a email to tech support about my issue and they still have not responded. I bet when they do theemail will be all useless stuff. That is normally what the first email is like with any tech support place.

Frogboy don't have to respond at all - he is not support. I certainly would ignore it on my holiday.

Has it occurred to you that Frogboy gets hundreds of PMs, and maybe he hasn't gotten around to reading yours? He's the CEO of Stardock, and a busy guy. And yes, yesterday was a national holiday in the USA. People don't work on Memorial Day here, deal with it.

Do me a favor, avmf8. This Christmas try e-mailing Bill Gates to get tech support from him. Get back to me when he replies.

In all serious, if you need help make a post in the Bug Reports forum. The developers are great about responding to posts and helping you out. They go to great lengths to make sure their product runs well for everybody; much greater lengths than any developer I've ever seen.

avmf8, your first post was innocent enough. A simple misunderstanding. An appropriate reply might have been "oh, I'm sorry, I wasn't aware it was a holiday. My mistake." Nobody would have been offended or angry at such a response, and if they were, they would be a fool. From your second post onward, however, you display a considerable amount of selfishness and arrogance. You don't seem to care that people in other countries may have holidays you don't know about, because you and your problems are so important that you transcend such insignificant events such as holidays. As it is, based on your replies, you fully deserve the posts you have been receiving.
