What he is saying is, install Impulse on both computers. On the laptop, download Demigod then archive the application. Once archived you will have a large file that you will want to transfer onto disc (I believe it will be too large for a standard CD).
Once the archive is copied to disc then take that disc to the other system and from there, restore the archive using Impulse installed on the other computer.
On another note, it's understandable not everyone has the fastest, most powerful current equipment but, if your other machine isn't capable of handling more than dial-up, you should expect performance issue with nearly anything you put on it.
It's a good time to think about an upgrade.
