They said it would be LAN only, how coudl they not allow it? You don't expect people who happen to preorder the games to magically live next to eachother or fly to eachother, you have to use Hamachi or a similar service. Why do you post?

Yea when I played DotA a ton, we would want to play my friends without going on B.net, so we'd hamachi local games and they would be what 5 hours away? I didn't have lan cable that long.

Does anyone have a full version of hamachi so they can create a channel with many of us in it?

The free hamachi is limited to just a few people.  Or maybe i'm missing something and youn eed the commercial license to join the big hamachi servers?

On the offical hamachi website is no info about that only commercial versions can have 50 users.

Honestly the way it will work best for just random people is simply to advertise the fact you want to play a game on IRC. People of like minds will be on it. and you'll know right away who wants to play and then you can arrange who is joining what network.

Having 3 networks for hamachi and people auto joining them is just a madhouse. because when i network fills up but people from 2 different ones want to play, your gonna be trying to sort it out, In whcih case you'll join a different netwrok anyway.

So, does somebody want to setup an IRC channel for Demigod Beta related chat?

Would be very helpful for setting up Hamachi games.
