Hey all,
Having gotten a number of games played over this evening i'm pretty astonished by the playability of what's meant to be solely an engine test, the game runs just beautifully on my system, no lags/freezes/crashes of any kind.
A few minor game glitches unrelated to the engine though, and a question...
Mines: These simply don't always appear to trigger - Although they function just fine 95% of the time, I've seen opposing creeps a few times simply walk right over top of a mine without it doing anything whatsoever (generally resulting in the next mine killing them)
Pauses: All AI controlled demigods occasionally just pause for maybe 5 seconds - My own demigod, creeps, towers etc all carry on as normal, but AI controlled demigods just lockup, then carry on again shortly thereafter.
Interface: Bought items are very unreliable to mouseover - mousing over an item in my inventory that's been bought causes the mouseover display to rapidly flick between the item description (what you should get when mousing over) and nothing as though the slot was empty - Makes it very hard to read/remove bought items, as half the time the cursor that's neatly over the item doesnt think it is.
And a question: As I understand the game engine itself to be basically ripped directly from SupCom, any plans to add dual-screen support for release a-la supcom?
