ok im not sure what the problem is here but.....the game is running EXTREMELY choppy like a slide show and the ground is all red and the buildings are just grey...

I don't know. Sorry, but I don't know the ATI hierarchy of cards. Is it new? And yes, dxdiag is your bugs' worst enemy.
yea my vid card is old...Radeon 850XT not sure how old but atleast 2 years. I think this is the problem.. i talked to "tummytempter" on IRC and he said he would run it by the engineers
Im hoping this is the problem because i need a new vid card and i will be getting one for sure if thats what is causing the textures and stuff to be whack (like enemy creeps being nothing but all black like shadows)
never heard of dxdiag how do i find it and how do i run it?

It seems that ATI cards of that time period (800 series) don't properly support SM3, they copped out with SM2.fancy. I hope they add support for those cards because they should be powerful enough for demigod otherwise.
yes im pretty sure my card could run this.... maybe ill get an official message saying they integrated my vid card lol.

Low RAM,
Out of date drivers, *This is important to check*
Too many programs runing in background,
Any combination of these may cause your lag.
