Hmm, after some further experimentation this would appear to be a by-product of my graphical problems in the other thread I made. The targets are simply not where their models claim they are. When I target a "selection circle" that is their actual location, it works fine.
The arrow is indeed green though, and the circle is red, incidentally.
Please disregard this error report, it has nothing to do with the ability in question.
