[BUG] Skills bug

You pick a skill, it doesn't show up. You can pick the next skill along in the chain if you're the appropriate level, but you still don't get to use it. All you can do is pick another skill, and you'll get rewarded. When you level up, you'll get the point back, but no skill.

Yah this is common over the internet.  If you pick your skill while it is lagging it won't count but still take the skillpoint.  Then give it back to you when you level and choose another skill.  And you have to choose a different skill, if you choose another in the same line you'll have to wait til you pick another skill for it to refund your points.  Definitely annoying.
