- How about Recipes like in DotA ? You need a few "low" Level items which are primilay weak in its Effects/Attributes, but when you combine them with others and a recipes, you get and Extraordanary Item.
If they only take certain items, I hate the idea. It cuts down on flexibility, increases the learning curve arbitrarily (memorization =/= skill), and is generally obnoxious. If you mean a number of items of a certain strength, I still prefer being able to pay to have items upgraded, but not enough to be overly bothered if you get item agnostic recipies.
- I couldn't find an answer so: Are ranged Gods (with a bow) allready planned, so not just Gods who do Damage in Melee Range ?
Right now, regulus and torchbearer are ranged, and the rook has ranged attacks. Three for three ain't bad
- When you got the Idea of the Recipes/Items, what would you think about Material to forge some Items at a Blacksmith. Perhaps you could find randomly some Iron Ores, woods or Leather Skin (after killing Creeps or Buyin them at a Market Place).
This would be interesting, but I still prefer pure gold because then you get more flexibility than with needing items. It would be an interesting consideration if you could still buy the items without the materials for a higher price, so you could choose one of a diverse class of items for considerably cheaper.
- I don't know if this is a good Idea, but what about a "Quest Mode" ? So in a specific Map you can choose to solute a task with the help of your friends (not just smashing/Bashing the enemy to the ground).
I think that the single player campaign may be like this because frogboy described it as "a series of quests", but I'm not sure what that quote really means.
- Will a LAN Game without Internet Connection be possible ? If not it would be great, if you do (<--ikes LAN Partys) ^^
It is now. This beta, all online multiplayer is over hamachi.
- Will the Game shipped/distributed all over the world to the different countrys (for instant to my, Germany). If you allreay planned global offering, will DemiGods get a Text Translation (Subtitles in Sequences) or will it stay in English (I have no Problem with that, it is just to consider my decision of which way I order the Game, Boxed or just online). Will the Retail Version got an Manual/the Online Version just a PDF and stuff like that ?
The version Stardock is selling is US localized. You could wait until a European publisher is announced, or you could get the English version via Stardock. Your choice, the English gets beta and I'm not sure about localization, while the localized boxes don't have disgustingly high Shipping and Handling costs (Like $20, because the collectors edition is about 3 pounds)
Hope this answered (most of) your questions
EDIT: oops, got a little too wordy and got beaten to the punch. So it goes.
