Is beta still open?

Hi guys. I followed this game from the announcement of it, but kinda lost interest over the summer since I had no time with sitting by the computer.

Anyways, what I'm wondering is:

Would I still be able to get in beta if I pre-ordered now, would I have to wait for another phase or would I not get in at all?
