is ther any kind of beta NDA i should be worried about?

before i go and start talking about the game somewhere, i just want to check and be sure theres no kind of NDA or anything... and if there is, where i can see it so i know what i can and cant talk about...

I don't understand why people bother coming in to these threads where someone is asking for help and telling them to "google it" or otherwise find the answer on their own.  If you don't want to answer the question, just ignore the thread and move on.  There's nothing wrong with posting here to save time or to get a definitive answer.

If done well (and in this case it wasn't) it is a viable method of teaching someone who may not know any better.  It's like the "teach a man to fish" quote, right?  [Don't know the "teach a man to fish" quote?  YOu can go to www.google.com and paste in the quoted text and get some background.  ]
