[sound] Voice volume

The female announcer's voice is much less audible than the male one at the same volume. The male voice is loud and clear, while the female one is very hard to hear (let alone understand), even when you set voice to 100 and everything else at 80 or lower.

Edit: this also goes for the "dark side" male announcer. The loud one is the neutral "We have first blood!!!" guy.
