[Bug?] Take over settings from other host when you become new host

If another host changes conditions for a match, you will get the same conditions when you host a new game after playing a match. Like starting with higher game speed, filthy rich, lvl 20 and such. Now I do not know if this was intended, but I believe when you host a game, you should begin with your own preferences or start at default.

Yes, this is very annoying!!!  You should use your default, not takeover their settings.
