Glitchy interface?

I clicked on the artifact shop, and clicked on an ability that was not ready apparantly, and the "ability not ready" bar stayed on the screen, and would not go away. Then... So did everything else. Damage numbers, "not enough gold" phrase, etc. I got a screenshot.

Not sure if it's been already posted or not, but there it is. Here is my setup incase it has a problem with it:

CPU: AMD 9850 BE, VID: HD4870, MEM: 4gb A-Data DDR2 800mhz, MB: MSI K9A2 platinum, OS: Vista Home Premium 64-bit
