[bug] Impulse/in-game IRC chat

I can't seem to get into the chat lobby on the in-game chat overlay, or on Impulse's chat tab.

On impulse, it says it connects, but the lobby only contains me and 'Marvin_'

It seems like the only way I can connect is through Mibbit (http://widget.mibbit.com/?settings=968a9a2d1fd4763e1958120ba8dca315&server=irc.stardock.com&channel=%23demigod&noServerTab=false)

Which I cant run in-game cause Windowed mode seems to act funny if it isnt the focused window.

Also, I disable my firewall when running these.

When you join Impulse chat (through Impulse, not in-game), are you actually going to #demigod, or are you in the default #impulse channel?

What happens when you are in the game and hit shift-tab?  Does it still put you in the same empty lobby as Impulse?

I have the same problem. I can only chat using a different IRC client (I use mibbit as well).  In-game I get 3 copies of my own name in the shift-tab window and nothing else.  In Impulse I get connected to irc.stardock.com but never end up in #demigod channel.  Sometimes I'll end up in a channel with just Marvin_, other times I get no channel, other times I don't even get connected to irc.stardock.com.

/join #demigod doesn't work using Impulse either.
