Why does one player's lag cause everyone to stutter? In most games if someone has a high ping, then that person simply has a longer delay between when a command is sent to when it actually occurs in the game. Usually when a player's ping becomes too high, and that players is in danger of dropping, the game pauses and waits for the player's ping to drop or for the other players to vote on a 'kick.'
