I found this out a couple days ago, and thought I'd share.
TEXT TUTORIAL
All you need to do is run Command Prompt, and put in aurora.scr /p65552 then hit enter, and your screensaver will take effect.
In some cases that code maynot work, so just put a space after the p, and it should take effect.
aurora.scr /p 65552
Now keep in mind you don't haft to use the aurora screensaver, I just used that for this tutorial.
If you want to remove it however just open up Task Manager, go to applications, and in my case I would click Aurora, and then end process. (the name will be what the name if the screensaver is.)
Now if you'd like to have the screensaver run on start-up, just download this application. (mirror)
The only flaws I found with it is that it made my computer run a little slower, and you're not gonna be able to use the desktop icons. Also when you click the desktop, you won't get the taskbar back up, but to do that just press your windows button on your keyboard, and it should pop up. (picture below)
