I need to change my email address for this site and Impulse. But whenever I go into "My Account" on either end, I get to see my current email address but I cannot change it. What am I missing?

. If the email address we have on record for you is no longer current, send a message to sales@stardock.com containing your name, address, and new email address.
changing your mail addy on the site and on impulse is not the same.
about impulse customer account you should contact stardock support by sending a mail to support@stardock.com and referring with a link to this post.
About the site itself, go here: https://www.wincustomize.com/myaccount.aspx then on orange tabs click on stardock account.
When you're there enter your current email addy and password to access the settings.
Then on tab click on logon info and update your email.
