The sound during the menu selection phase, before actually playing a game, is all stuttered and repetitive.  A character will say the same thing 8 times, as if they have a sever stuttering problem.  Once in the game, the sound is fine.  I have the newest drivers availble for my Realtek AC'97 audio sound.

The multiplayer doesn't seem to work.  Everytime I try to find a game it says "Parameters not found." or something to that extent, and then the game freezes or locks up.  Every time I try to navigate through the menus it takes 5 minutes for the game to progress.  I click the "Ok" or "Cancel" button and the game locks up or takes five minutes to cancel.  Very frustrating.

Like just now I clicked on the Pantheon button and the game froze.  Had to ctrl-alt-delete and close the game to get out.

Single player works, multiplayer is giving me headaches.  Tried both the Pantheon and Skirmish and neither work.

Would it be safe to assume that the servers are not working or are overloaded or something at the moment?
