It would be interesting/helpful to understand, in the scenario where one or two players fail to complete their connections, what is Demigod expected/trying to do in that scenario?

Unfortunately this doesn't really help my particular issue as I'm just plumbing straight into my cable modem so none of this should be an issue. When attempting to play a game the connection failures are not on my part, but one or two others. At present, the game hangs when this occurs so I can't say this is a good customer experience.
What I was hoping for was to glean an understanding of what Demigod is trying to do when that failure happens - what is waiting for? Is there a log I can provide you with?
I can't imagine this problem wasn't there in beta, and if it was, why did the game launch with this bug? I love the game, but this has to be the worst multiplayer experience I've had from day 1. It's a real shame. Regardless, I'll definitely stick with it once it's patched to improve the issue.
I appreciate there's multiple things that can go wrong, but the error messaging and information provided to the end user now is just too flakey to be of use as it is today.
The key issue for me is it seem that Demigod is currently unable to handle the scenario when a user is for whatever reason failing to get the right connectivity to play in a game. It's not good that it just hangs for every user (even those with good connections) when this happens. This needs to be more seamless.
HaunterV, I don't think it's fair to call infer that people are 'dumb' because they don't enjoy what is currently a bad customer experience.
