Favor points and Achivements not showing when--

the game crashes or you turn the game on and off, i've won almost every game today, if i play two in a row i can see the achivements i've earned and my favor points in the following games.

but if i turn the game off, or it crashes(which it does if i try to play more than 2 games in a row) the achivements i've earned and my favor points are no longer visible(multiplayer).

why is this?
