Best nVidia driver?

I've been getting crashes every few games I play, and it's consistently an issue that causes the video card to stop responding, resulting in a CTD and the drivers resetting. I've been trying different drivers (All 185.xx series so far) but thus far I haven't had any real success with finding ones that are stable. I'd like to see what drivers people are using that are working well for them. Are people having luck with the 182's? I'm running an 8800 GTX at the moment.

AMD users, are you having any driver issues (other than the known geometry instancing one)? I've been thinking about upgrading to a 4890 card.

I had been playing fine until today where my game crashes and vid card driver resets. I turned the settings down and it still crashes so idk. Im installing the newest nvidia drivers atm hope that works.

has happen 3-4 times now. Not cool.

I have a 9800gt with everythin on low except the bottom two features on medium.
