Okay, I've decided to remake the topic, as the previous one was a mixture of rantings/conveyed thoughts, a long with a misdirective suggestion.
So, the new team pantheon is apparently under going construction, and to be released soon (or so ive heard and assume as i present my arguments). While the current pantheon stresses on the single player, it is able to allow demigods restricted to one side. The team pantheon however, should NOT have demigods restricted to either side, and instead should allow both sides to pick ALL demigods. Allow me to explain. Where the single player pantheon focuses on a player picking his favorite demigod and fighting for that demigod's associated side, the team pantheon revolves around team of demigods. Limiting them to only one half of the demigods is a gigantic shackle to the possibilities of different combinations, especially when the lightside has more defensive characters, and the darkside has almost all offensive characters. All of the demigods are completely unique to eachother, and would be very difficult to balance from a team pantheon perspective.
Don't confuse my suggestion, however. I'm not suggesting that the current pantheon allow all demigods on both sides. I'm suggesting that in the future, when the new team pantheon comes out, it allows teams from either side to pick all demigods. The current pantheon will stay the way it is with light demigods vs dark demigods, but the new pantheon should not restrict either side to only dark/light demigods.
Other minor suggestions just to make it more competitive, is to remove the forces of light vs dark theme entirely from the team pantheon, and instead make it an all-out competitive ladder. Teams battle it out for the most favor points accrued with in their own team alone, rather than the side they choose. The ladder resets when the highest team caps out. Possible non-gameplay rewards could be given, like some kind of title, or rank, or what have you to the top 3 teams. This would remove any bias towards choosing one side, and also make it more competitive to try and be the number one team. HOWEVER, don't confuse THIS minor suggestion with the main suggestion labeled in the initial paragraph. I'd rather have that one than this, and this is just a minor icing to the cake of what I am trying to explain, but not entirely needed.
