Need help with Demigod game video

I know its a bit OT
but i got fraps and i made a video recording one of my games
and there are 2 problems that i need help to solve:

1. The video is in 3 pieses each 12 minuts long, i cant upload it to youtube as there is restriction to 10 minuts
anyway to solve it?

2. the video format is AVI which is a large format (12 minuts video = 3.6GB)
what free software can i use to conver it to something smaller?
i read that i can use Wendows movie maker, and that i got it with SP2
but i got SP3 and when i look for this movie maker, i cant find it anywhere :/
