I'm a huge fan of Stardock and have loved Sins, GalCiv and now am enjoying Demigod.

Now I've got that out of the way, I am having a bit of a problem with Demigod. You see, I can accept that the launch and netcode has been botched a bit, I expect it will get fixed and have total faith in one of the few shining lights of the video game industry. However, what I can't accept is no custom tournament option for single player!

It may sound petty to some, but I really want to be able to set the game up to play how I want. I wouldn't usualy care, but I have the option of either playing against poor AI with better AI buddies, or against good AI and poor AI buddies. So seeing as that is unlikely to change, can we at least have the option of setting up the tournaments in a similar fashion to the custom skirmish games, please? Surely this is a terribly easy option to implement compared to the other issues that are being dealt with now - that way, I will have more to do while we wait for the connection problems to be improved.

There is another reason for suggesting this, somewhere along the lines, some accumulated gear and reward points vanish for no detectable reason what so ever. This doesn't happen if I just play tournaments, so erm, did I say please already? 

Anyone else with me on this, or is it just me?
