Favor items gone(SP)

Does anybody know or have a solution to this? I'm kinda getting sick of rebuying the same Amulet of Teleportation I've earned. Twice now actually it's disappeared and it's starting to piss me off. Help would be great.

Did you ever play an online game? Then it wouldn't be a surprise.

Because it happen when play an online game that you lose favor points and items.

Yeah I rotate between the two. That's pretty lame that it happens.

Ok then make two profiles, one for single player and one for online playing.

If you wanna get a advantage, get some favor points for your multiplayer in solo games, than you could get your favored favor item in your first online game with this profile. Then any else you wouldn't get till they fix this bug.
