Here is the best way to do all of this.

Uninstall all antivirus/firewall software, disable windows firewall. Unplug your router and plug your modem directly to your PC.

Launch a game and see if you have connectivity problems. If you do then all issues are on their end unless your ISP is reshaping packets.

Then install your antivirus software and test again see if that works, because you never know if you just caught herpies from visiting a porn site in between demigod games.
