[BUG] Graphics level

Changing the video settings doesn't do a thing.

Didn't even realize I was missing anything until I played it on my laptop and a different video setting...

Running DX10 with a GeForce 7600 -- is this too old to support the highest lvl of graphics details? Because on this system, the highest lvl of video settings is far below the highest lvl on my other system. In both cases, though, changing the video settings doesn't seem to change the game, even if I restart.
