Yeah its annoying.  I agree.

I agree.  I like to have my camera in a very specific position, and have to re-align it every time I die and come back.

However, this does kind of give me a reason not to die   "Oh no, I have to change the camera if I die!" *uses teleport*

this has been asked for a dozen times or more, and to my knowledge has never received any kind of official reply.

i think this falls in the same category as being able to rebind the camera control keys: things that everyone wants, everyone agrees were a bad idea, and things that are destined to be ignored.

see, that right there is all that was required to officially move these out of the "ignored" category. i doubt a reply like that to any of the many other threads that came before would have taken all that much out of the development schedule.
