You can check his game at Apr 16, 2009 8:34 AM, one of the few legit games he did, and frogboy was in it, please dont support exploiters in any way, and fix this when you have some time.
I doubt he did it to exploit the ranking, if you checked the date when all those where created it's around release day so he probably just did it to get favor points.
Overall ranking means very little since it takes custom games in account and custom games are useless to rank (you can have a friend that boosts your winnings even if they would remove the bots).

Well, it does seem like there was some exploiting going on... I can't really deny/prove it, but it does is prove that the system is broken.
