Favor item/point restoration. What do I need to do?

I had around three thousand favor points on top of around four items which included swift anklet staff among others and since the previous patch the one before 105 I did skirmish and had accrued about 550 more. Patch 105 I now have 380 after last night it said zero yet again and now at 380 for some odd reason. How do I get my items back and my points? I just played two skirmish matches today one loss one win and my points are still sitting at 380. Please point me in the right direction.

Wait for yet another patch, which will invariably break something else, at this rate...

I'm in the same boat. I had about 3000 favor points from online custom games. I had bought the swift anklets as well. I just logged in today (first time since the last patch) and I now have only 190 favor points and no items...

Yep same hear I have lost about 1000 points 10 items and all my achievments + I cannot earn any more points or my achievments back

 

Great work, I'm glad that the patches are being done for those who can't play online but I think that maybe things are being rushed.

 

Good luck getting the game connection more reliable and let us know when you fix favor points system in the patch notes.

I just earned another 1500 or so favor points and somehow lost another 1000 points. It's pretty silly. The other bummer is that sometimes when I join a match it actually says I have zero favor points then after another match they are back.

Is anyone at Stardock or GPG aware of this problem? Who's helping us with this? I don't see this acknowledged by anyone that can make a difference with this game.

I have the same problem, but I noted that when I play a single player game, my achievement are good and my favor point are normal, but then I did a skirmish online and I lost all(achievement/favor) I did other game in single player and everything was alright, another game in online skirmish and everything is gone.
