Why bother with Pantheon if we get D/c losses?

The title pretty much says it all. One flawed connection and a disconnect later..a loss that should have never been a loss. I had no idea the game even came into existence...The majority of my losses are due to this type of scenario.  So why do we even bother having pantheon up right now? Not to mention the other non-legit losses due to AI teammates.

 

To clarify: I joined pantheon. Someone couldn't connect to me, the game did not start for me...counted as a loss a half hour later.

We are looking into all of the various disconnect and quitting issues.  Look for a fix in a future patch

I had the samething happen to me but the game started as a 2v2, "Waiting for other players" during loading screen, then "A player has left the game", enter the game 0Ping to everyone, 3-AI players. "F10, End Game" LOSE! -.-

Yep..this has happened to me twice since I started this thread. 2 more non-legit losses. I guess I wont bother to pay attention to stats anymore.

Exactly...

The Pantheon is pointless right now as the players on each side are clearly having similiar issues...stats in general are uselss as I've only had 1 legitimate loss of the 6 recorded....not to mention I had 6 skirmish wins today that were never recorded in my games list...Stats are basically useless at this point in time..

I do appreciate all of Stardock's efforts...but it needs to be fixed or disabled until the time it is fixed...and at the very least stats need to be reset when they work properly

Fixing the net code and disconnect issues will resolve the OP's problems.
