As some of you may have noticed, I accidently submitted my part 5 post 2 times. Sorry about that. Haven’t found a way to delete the excess post yet. Even so, welcome to The Demigod Idea part 6. As a side note, I’m still waiting for someone to give me the link to the 4 pre-planned Demigods Stardock is doing. You’ll notice I’ve posted 2 Lights in a row. So that means I’m doing 2 Darkness in a row for the next posts. Feel free to drop an idea.
Full credit goes kknd2 for the early conception and abilities of this Demigod. I just bring a finder detail to him.
The Windmaster (Assasin, Forces of Light)
The habitants of the world, no matter whom or what they may be have always considered the endless expanse of air a transparent heaven fitting only to the gods. It is a territory forever out-of-reach of the common masses like fame and wealth. It is small wonder why the general group of races and species have always casted envious eyes on those that thrive on the wind, like the air-nymphs of Thelara.
There are, however, legends that there were other masters of air that lived beside the air nymphs. The most famous amongst the inexhaustible list of rumored races was the Rihunecars, long been layed to waste by unknown forces.
Legend has it that a mass group of nomads the size of a small city lived upon the Gaies Infinitus (a crude translation would be the Infinite Sky). The arid plains of Gaies was miserable as it was near useless. As far as the eyes can see would reveal nothing but an endless sea of sharp jagged rocks, with not a single patch of green to soothe the aching eyes. With no water or wildlife and scant water, it was a wonder how the nomads thrived on the blasted wasteland. The irony is that they didn’t.
While it was true that the ground can support no life, the sky, however, was a complete twist to its counterpart. Up in the emerald green sky tinged with sapphire blue is abundant with life. Thousands upon thousands of Kawios, birds that need no flap its wings, fly endlessly, diving along the cotton white clouds and dancing in perfect unison by the thousands.
The reason the birds need no rest is because of the wind in the sky never stops blowing. Regardless of what the seasons may be, the wind has never been known to stop its relentless hale. A Kawios can literally stop beating its wings and it would remain supported by the endless stream of air. As a result, not a single Kawios has beaten its wings for as long as memories can hold.
The nomads, being very ingenious, constructed mass para-sails that could support platforms as large as a house. The strong winds would lift it from the ground and thus keeping the nomads safe from the sea of blades that lay underneath them. As their confidence in their abilities grew, so did the height of their para-homes. It wasn’t before long that an entire population of the nomads was suspended thousands of miles above the air by nothing but a para-sail to keep them afloat, and a sturdy steel rope to the ground to keep them from floating away.
If the legends were real it would truly be a breath-taking sight to behold, the hundreds upon hundreds of skinless towers suspended by nothing as though they were infused with magic, though there were troubles to begin with. The winds that were strong enough to support multiple platforms were also strong enough to blow people off the platforms themselves.
After much arduous training and self-discipline, the nomads were able to manipulate the wind so that they could, at least, no be blown off the platforms, even at full height. Some went as far as using the winds as a mean of easy “transportation”, jumping from one platform to another using the wind as a boost (when it is blowing in the right direction of course).
With windmills to power what little electrical devices they had, the clouds extracted for water and a sea of Kawios for food they were as situated as they can be. In their arrogance they named themselves the Rihunecar, masters of the wind.
The legend goes on, stating that while the Ancients were uninterested by such small advancements of an insignificant group, one of the Ancients was deeply offended. The deity that was a god in the eyes of lesser beings was The Celestial. The Celestial was not pleased to see the low-lifes commit to crude attempts of “ascension”, and had decided to crush them.
Of all the other Ancients only one voiced their opposition: The Adamant. Reasoning that the mortals who call themselves masters of the wind call themselves so only out of ignorance and blind arrogance, she petitioned that the Celestial do not destroy them. Her plea, however, was ignored as the Celestial drew a scant morsel of his infinite power to bear…
It was another day in the sky city where everyone was passing their day-to-day life. Some were getting ready to harvest the waters collected, some were readying their nets to hunt the Kawios in the sky. No one, not even the birds, expected wind to stop. No one expected to fall to the ground.
Like the stars that fall from the night sky so did the myriads of bodies and buildings begin to plummet to the ground, splattering like raindrops. Birds that had never the need to ever flap their wings did so feebly as they fell to the ground along with the Rihunecars. Some screamed all the way down to the ground, while some did not make a sound. All of them met their demise on the blighted surface.
The Adamant watched in horror as an entire city and all its inhabitants died in an instant no quicker than drinking water from a glass. Judging his work to be complete, the Celestial directed his attention to much pressing matters. While it was within her power to save the city, the Adamant couldn’t do so in the face of risking the ire attention of the Celestial. With a whisper of a breath that no Ancients could register in their consciousness, she breathed essence of her divinity into one of the Rihunecars that struck the ground.
Bloodied and punctured in all places of his body, it was nothing short of a miracle that he stood up again. The same cannot be said for his fellow Rihunecars, whom all have perished. With the essence of the Ancients that kept him from dying came also the knowledge of who brought the death of his people, and righteous anger began to well-up inside of him. With a simple vow on his lips, promising to avenge his people, he collected all the blades and swords of his fallen people and made trek for the vast unknown.
Those that have met him would tell you how a sudden breeze would whip past your face, even in the confines of a room. They would say how the man carries all assortments of blades on him, enough to equip a hundred men. Lastly, those that dare test his wrath, and survived it, would tell you how swift he moves, his blade swinging in arcs as fast as the wind, how their own blades seem to connect with nothing but air, even when the blade seemed to cleave the man apart. Like a blood-soaked hurricane the man would seem to fly and cleave his way through an army and not have a speck of blood on his tunic.
To those that he has defeated he is the Hurricane of Death, the Harbinger of Merciless Torrent, but to those he have protected he is known simply as the Windmaster.

And there you have it! Hope this is to your liking kknd2. I've tailored him so that speed is his greatest advantage. Therefore he's the fastest of all the Demigods. Here are some of his abilities:
[Range] – Melee
[Appearance] – A human (need to break this human trend I do) wielding dual 1 edged blades. His most striking feature is the huge amount of blades he carries around with him. He carries a belt of small daggers with 2 more spare swords in his holster, and a random blade here and there. He also carries a strap as long as he is full of short blades behind his back.
[Mottos] – Do you feel the wind calling?
I ride the wind like a steed, what do you have to compare?
Just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it ain’t there.
[0.3] Dash – Being very agile and on his toes, the Windmaster can increase his movement speed by X% and dodge by X% for 7 sec. 10 sec cooldown.
[0.7] Splinter Shot – Throws a splinter blade at an enemy, exploding into a shower of smaller blades. Deals X damage to enemy and X damage to enemies in X radius. 7 sec cooldown.
[0.1] Wind Leap – Using a gust of wind he can leap right into or out of the fray. Jump to a location within X distance. He deals X damage when he lands. 6-8 sec cooldown.
[Instant] Martial Skills – Increase movement speed, attack speed and dodge by X%
[Instant] Being the windmaster he is, he can choose to fight in his corporeal form or incorporeal form. The Windmaster dissolves, becoming nothing more than a miniature whirlwind supporting all the blades he keeps on him, surrounding him like a sphere of blades.
[Instant] Dancing Blades – Throwing out his mass multitude of blades to assist him in battle, the windmaster “dislocates” X blades from him. They always stay within X radius of him and independently attack targets. The blades can be destroyed like a minion, but after destruction they will respawn after a short period of time.
[Instant] Blades of Shielding – He can use his swords defensively as well as offensively. Target friendly gains a shield that absorbs X damage and deals X damage to the attacker each time the shield is hit. 7 sec cooldown.
[1.5] Gust of Wind– Drawing in stronger winds than usual, he can blast enemies away. Throw enemies within X radius X distance and deals X damage (Demigods halve the thrown distance). 9 sec cooldown.
[Instant] Wind Walk – Using the winds as support, the Windmaster can traverse terrains that even Demigods cannot go. This abilities drain mana as long as it stays active. He can walk over any terrain (walking past walls or over the crevasse that separates the walkway for i.e.) and does not trigger any trap (like Regulus’s Mines). 2 sec cooldown.
And there you have it. The Windwalker idea suggested by kknd2. Hope you guys like it and stay tuned for The Demigod Idea part 7.
