SP works well | Multiplayer crashes EVERY time

hallo dear community,

yesterday i boght this nice game and enjoying the singleplayer, to learn about the DG's.

today i wanted to check the multiplayer-mode.

after some serveral trys on multiplayer i searched through this forum:

- i can logg into my account, no problems with that

- no graphic bug etc.

- i have a d-link router, ports are free from 6100 to 6200

running a acer aspire 5920g with dual 2,5ghz and nvidia 8600gt

now my problem: everytime i want to join a match (skirmisch custom or tournament) hes searching about 1-2minutes for a suiting match but nothing realy happens. some of the time i get an ingame message that i'm kicked from the game. then the game still runs, but im in the multiplayer submenu again.

most of the trys i'm getting an error and the game crashes.(crash message comes below)

im thankful for any help und im sorry about my bad english.
