Teleport Scrolls

Was any thought given that considering these are so manditory that they should almost be built into every demigod?

I.E. remove an item slot or add a "teleport button" to the UI. Have it have a cooldown based on your demigods level or something.

The reason I bring it up is many friends and new players I talk to don't seem to know about them or how almost mandatory they are. If they were an innit ability that all demigod had, maybe it would be less of an issue? I.E. it would make the game easier for new players to play.

Don't get me wrong, once you know it's just a $250 gold tax to return to your base... and there are times where buying X item is worth not being able to get a teleport scroll...

I was just curious if this was ever thought about by Stardock or GPG.

Bigger maps, teleport Scrolls are very important. But if you don't want to buy the scrolls all the time, there is a favor itrem that allows you to teleport every so often.

yah. I think mandatory is a bit strong. Important definitely, but there are ways to get by without them. I personally try to use them as little as possible and I usually do pretty well.

Things like Wand of Speed help. But mostly it's a matter of staying in the fight as long as possible, having to go home as little as possible, and timing your trips home very carefully.

I like that you need to sacrifice an item slot and a lil' gold for the ability to tp.
