Howdy whats about a half demon?

Could work like this:

Could summon demons which eats dead corbses. If they kill a soldiers, they grow in streangh.
If they eat a demigod they grow in streangth and in range.

To balance this, he has only close combat skills. And a slow movement.

As other skills:

Demon explosion: It is castable on the demons: The demon explodes and deal dmg to nearby enemies.

Demon surge: Castable on a teammate or demons. Gives live stealing

Out of hell: Creates a demonic circle which stands "still" and deal damage to nearby enemies. ( Maybe heal friendly players while in the circle )

Sacrifice: Sacrifice a demon or friendly unit ( no players ) To get the rest of hp and transfer it to the demigod
