You use armor or hp regen at all? I Wand of Speed with her.
No I have found I don't need hp regen or armor with her to seriously wreck. But it does depend on the opponents. If Im playing a beefy team with Rooks/oaks etc, toward the end after I already have all my helms I will buy some armor. But if you play your cards well enough, generally all you really need is to make sure you never run out of mana.
The speedstick is one of the first items I buy (boots of speed being the first). I feel like sedna can be pretty deadly when she's geared up to quickly slip in and out of battle. Since she doesn't have a range of ways to do damage like other DGs, she has to be played very differently when facing other DGs. I like to let my allies initiate a "duel" with another demigod and I'll loiter around where they can't see me. If my ally gets low, I speedstick into the fight, cast a heal on them, pounce the opponent (at this point they're like "!" and retreating) and because I still have the speedstick's effect, im just able to run them down and hack at them and finish what my ally started
Also if you ever bite off more than you can chew, you just activate the stick and get the hell out, retreating to a more strategic position (near friendly towers or behind/amidst frie
ndly minions). The boost gives you enough distance between the pursuer that you can even pause for a heal and then turn around and surprise them with by suddenly being on the offense.
After speedstick and one or two helms, I do save up for the mageslayer though of course. once I get my hands on one of those, sedna becomes such a beast and it's usually gg lol.
Really? Nice. I tried again with assassin Sedna and no luck. Got owned by Reg. / Oak / Rook (towers) combo. Was very tough staying alive. I've played games vs Sedna and i must admit, there have been times where it was fricking impossible to get her health down. So what am I doing wrong?
I usually don't run out of mana, I buy one or two helms then trade up for the item that gives me +350 mana every % chance I am hit (which is quite often). The thing is that I can't dish out enough damg to solo anyone. The cooldown on the heal takes too long. Later in the game i stocked up on armor 55% and was much tougher to kill, but I still wasnt a threat. So what pray tell is a good Sedna stalker build? Assume no favor items.
I usually either get boots of speed right away or the mana helm and the +400 hp armor. After that, I get another helm, then monks (the cheap ones). First skills are heal and pounce followed by her speed boost and healing winds (helps me, creeps, and allies), then I get lost. What to do next?
P.S. I'll try what you said but is there another strategy?
