last update reset local settings

Hello,

i had installed french version of DG, but after last patch, game is back to full english.

Looking in my 'loc' directory, all subfolder are empty except US.

Beside that, voices disapeared (ingame+intro video)

This is a big problem that should not happen again, and hope all will be restored with next patch.

Better : add a language settings in options ? (for text only at last, i don't know the weight for voice files but text files are very light)
