QoT- shield really needs to have a longer cd or at least have other players be immune to spamable shied on them.If you do this up her dps a tad this way ot counters her nerfed shield.
Ragus- snipe should have its range decreased majorly. to maybe 3 times the range of their base range.
UB - spit needs to either have its damage decreased or its ranged decreased
TB- i think is fine he is 1 of the more balanced classes. I mean sure he does alot of damage but he can not take damage at all
Oak - is fine also maybe his shield should not give him health but other then that he does not do great damage till late game
sedna - I think is ok as is , i isee np with her
Rook - i think he either needs a speed buff or up its base armor. Toowers, well i do not see a big deal with them mabe there HP should be decreased a margin since they do take on upgrades from citals .IMO they should not be doing that since the player lays the towers down they should be buffed from the rook. Also i think they need to be active only if the rook is close by or if they are placed within a certian range of a tower or flag they own.
EB - this class is not OP but it is OP in a way. They should not be able to stand toe to toe with any dg.I mean at the very beginen with an oak i just wanted to test somethen oput i used my pest and shield yet his health did not drop more then 1/4. That is not right not in the beginning stages.Its not that his skills do alot . Its that he can do alot. Stun,teleport,dot where he can not be attacked(sure it drains mana but You stil need to wait there till he goes out of it), and Drain life
I have no idea what you can do since if they get a nerf they will be gimped but if you do not then they will pretty much own any class
