Connections still fail

Still can't connect worth a damn; it connects to one or two people and then does nothing about trying to connect to everybody else.

In Pantheon, it connects immediately to one person, sits at Attempting to connect to: (everybody else), and eventually the one person I did connect to goes back under "Waiting to connect to:" and it sits there.

Yes, I have the proper ports forwarded, yes I verified this using a port checking utility.
