Subforum for balance Issues

Many forums have some special threads for special posts, mostly to bundle posts that have something in common but frequently get posted where no one wants to read them.

They get called "General Discussions (unmoderated)", "Troll Cage", Kindergarten", etc.

To improve communication we should create a subforum called "Balance Issues"
