Don't know might give them one more month before I lose interest in playing or maybe not. It does feel like I wasted my money though considering I could have downloaded the game off a torrent site and play this on gameranger where there are numerous games open. Pretty sad that there are less legit games within the client and outside it.Either way it looks bad that lan games work fine or gameranger and the rest is garbage.

you said that correct 10 years old hmm gaming has come a long way.

I paid 40 dollars and IMO its not wasted but I am very dissapointed in the way the game is ATM.

There is no excuse that any company that would be good enough.

Yes they will be handing out a 50% off coupon for a 2nd copy for those that got the game before may 10th but is that good enough.Maybe for some and i am one of those that feel it is.

Look at most games that have come out the past 2 yrs or so the gamen companies push pc games out the door.

2 main reasons:

1 - they know they can patch the game. unlike consoles they can not.

2 - we as gamers accept the games faults and yet bitch about them. When its our dam fault for allowen companies to do this.

I do say this Frog has come out and said they screwed up and i can not name 1 company that would do so. Frog has kept us in the loop where as other companies would assume we would think they are trying.

I share the sentiment of the OP.

I've been in situations (at least for MMORPGs) where you wait for months for "promised" improvements ("This is an area we are looking to improve" etc). But the promised improvements never come.

I am starting to get tired of this "unable to connect" to multiplayer fiasco. No amount of (alleged) good corporate communications can really make up for the inability to connect online.
