This game is still a wreck

Favor still isn't working correctly, there is still connectivity issues (most have been resolved, but there are still some). This ring-around-the-rosey connection system is a complete disaster (if you connect to person a who is connected to person b, if person b leaves he takes person a and you with him).

Fix rage quitting, fix desync issues, fix favor, and for the love of god fix the skill bug.*

This game does still have issues. Often it hangs on the "waiting for players" part of the startup sequence of custom games. Also, the menu interface often gets very slow, and when that happens often I can't even login because all the sudden my account name cannot be verified and I have to wait several hours to be able to log into MP again. Overall I'm still not satisfied with my online experience, but I take solace in how hard the devs are working to fix the problem.

Ive got around a dozen friends in Europe and they all cant play Demigod since May14/15 updates, also stats tracking and the favour items management is broken and player`s mass drop at the beginning of a starting game and are replaced by an AI ( for those who are lucky to manage getting a game running every now and then. Saturday I attempted 20 Pantheon tries and played 1x 6player match with 4 AI`s as 4 humans instantly dropped as the game was initialized ).

I guess that half of the people which bought this game cant play online.

Half? Really? If it were that large of a number it wouldn't be that bad. Try about 90 - 95% of the people that have purchased this game. The top retailer for Demigod is Wal-Mart. This game has gotten multiple Editor's Choice Awards (more than enought to warrant releasing an "editor's choice edition" of this game), one of said awards being from IGN itself! That means we're probably talking about 10s of thousands of people sitting at home with a copy (or more, I have two!) waiting for this to be fixed so they can all play and compete on what was supposed to be one of the largest and greatest Online Tournaments of this decade!

Fix the damn thing or send everyone their F-'n money back, because the multiplayer is the only real reason to buy this game.

They are rewriting the Multiplayer portion of the game in weeks instead of months, quit your bitching and be happy this wasnt an EA game where it would take like a year.

oh yeah, and if it was a free online game it would be done within a week. thats how slow its goin.

Since the latest patch, the game connects less than ever. Pantheon and skirmish modes are even more broken than they were at release. Custom matches work a little better, but I don't like custom matches and having to deal with sitting around, waiting for people to join. I'd rather just pick a match up quick and get to playing.

Server splitting has been happening a lot recently. Someone quits, and this might wipe out 3-4 other people in the game. You end up playing against all AIs or maybe 1 or 2 players are left with you wondering wtf just happened.

This only used to happen in WC3 when the host quit (which rarely happened, and never happened since I hosted all the games myself)

Now with P2P, it can happen at any time! *roll eyes*
