Crash - Computer Resets

I've seen the threads about crashes (and I hate when people hijack crash threads wanting help for their own crashes) so I am starting a new thread. The thing is in all the crash threads that I've read most people get an error or some sort of report to send into Stardock. I get none. My computer will hang on a black screen for about twenty seconds then reset. I get no indication that it is a hardware issue. My led's are still blinking, no blue screen, no hard drive whirr... Then my computer returns to functioning normally. I cannot re-create this malfunction in any other game I own except Sins. Sins and Demigod both have the same black screen and reset. I have never been able to play either for longer then about one hour.

I have updated all of my drivers, stopped all other non-essential programs, installed it on my wife's computer (which it works), updated, disconnected from any networks, uninstalled impulse, played without impulse installed, used a boot disk to check my hard drive, RAM and other parts that might induce this. They all passed.

My questions: Is there any way that I can retrieve or send data to you (Stardock)? I have no crash files or dump files of any sort. Is there any thing that might be able to fix this? Are there any known issues with any of the hardware that I have in the list below?

The worst part is that I can't play two great games on my own computer. Of course it only proves that I'm too lazy to walk across the house to use her computer. : /

A spontaneous reboot often means your computer is tossing a Blue Screen of Death but is set to not display it. BSODs are generally caused by hardware or driver problems, and the error message it shows can help pin down exactly what the issue is.

To have your computer display BSODs instead of rebooting immediately, go to Control Panel->System Properties->Advanced Tab->Startup and Recovery Settings and uncheck 'automatically restart'.

The next time it crashes, you may get a BSOD similar to the one below (not all highlighted parts may be present):

Write down the information in the highlighted areas before turning your computer off. The information there can then be researched online to see if others have experienced similar problems, and what the cause was. You may also get a 'windows has recovered from a serious error' message when you turn your computer back on--if you do this, you should agree to send the report to microsoft. You'll then be forwarded to information about that error on Microsoft's knowledgebase, if they have any.

And after taking a brief break to test it out and write the information down... exact same thing. Reset with no blue screen and no 'windows has recovered from a serious error' message. This leads me to believe that something in the game or the impulse program is causing this. I will contact evga about the issue just in case.
