Ive had this happen to me a few times. Its rare but can be really annoying when it does happen.

Exact same situation here. I came here to post... then saw yours. I created a ticket for this by e-mailing support@stardock.com. They had me run a system profiler and I sent them my information to help debug this. Perhaps you can do the same.

I noticed it seems to happen when I'm clicking alot... I also took a look at the logs created by the tool stardock sent and saw some really weird stuff. My guess is this crash happens when you send too many UI actions at once and it can't buffer them all.

Do you click frantically like I do too? I'm going to try not doing that next time I play... but it's really hard when in the moment of battle you NEED that move or attack command to go off and can't help but frantically clicking...I'm not sure frantically clicking causes it at all. But the last two times now I noticed the crash happend right in the middle of me trying to send the same move command repeatedly...
