We all hate it, so fix it

One simple implementation. I read earlier that in a patch coming soon, if not allready come, the system will be able to tell the difference between DC and a person leaving. So, make it that when someone leaves they lose favor points or aren't allowed to join another match for a certain amount of time.

 

Thoughts welcome

don't know, i sometimes leave a game when my allies are really moronics. It would suck to have to wait because you were stuck in a stomp game. The leaving problem has to be addressed but i don't know how, being able to have a new player that take over the ai would be awesome, but that would need a lot of coding to be possible.

Seems pointless. All I (or anyone else) would have to do is disconnect from the internet (simple button on my laptop); although it could even be possible to avoid the -favor by simply using CTRL+ALT+DEL.

The best solution (and the one they are working on): The option to concede a match.

Also it lets you know if some poor bugger had a crash or if they left so you know whether to kick them from your games in the future.

Maybe if someone rage quits the computer which is added could be a very good one. Not the usual normal, whimpy one, because most people are a lot better than the computer controlled players. So then when someone rage quits the whole team is better instead of being worse.

 

 

Also it's unfair if there's a penalty to quiting. Sometimes I'm distracted and have to go and I'd hate it if then when I'm enjoying the game but have to go, I'd get a penalty.

Don't do this. If there's serious penalties for quitting people who would ragequit may do worse things like stay in the game and leave their chara by the citadel...

Actually with the current state of the gold dispensers... I mean AI that would be an improvment
