Background story (bit of a long rant.)
Backstory:
After many aeons of bloodshed, one young child was found, at the foothills of the great volcano, in the city where the nation of light was founded by the last light almighty leader. The young boy lay central to the great prophecy, and central to the hopes of the nation of light. Born admidst the apex of the great war of the aeons, the baby emobdied the dying words of the last great light almighty Spiritual Leader Narmoth. He spoke of a time when the seemingly-eternal war between the nation of light and dark would be finished when a force led by an unopposable Enlightened One who had such power as to crush and destroy any competing force with no loss of life for his own.
Its mother dying in childbirth, and its father unknown, the orphaned baby was found to meet all the exceptional criteria as prophecised by the great Narmoth. He was removed from common society and bought up exclusively by the light village elders.
Many attempts were made initially by the dark gods and their forcesof darkness to acquire this baby of such great prophecised potential. Forces from all the dark nations gathered in a direct assault at the heart of the light nation, the City of Narmoth, in an attempt to wrest the baby before any damage could be occured. The forces of light, utilising every magical spell, were only able to finally repel the dark forces when aided by a mysterious and sudden volcanic eruption which devastated the numerical advantage of the dark troops. The forces of light win, and the great volcano again lay dormant once again.
However, it was in vain.
The unnamed baby, nicknamed Devesh (Lord of the Gods) by the commoners, showed absolutely no sign of any exceptional powers throughout childhood or adolesence. To the bemusement of the dark side, and the horror of the light elders, Devesh grew up timid, shy and completely pacifist. Attempts to sway his steadfast antiwar views with tales of battle, and excursions to current battles only solidified his complete non-chalant attitudes to becoming any kind of soldier or fighting any kind of war.
After 18 years of teaching and indulging him in many luxurious comforts, the village elders finally became exasperated. Not wanting to upset the populace over claiming to be able to end the war, and not wanting to live with the backlash and riots that would come when it was found to be all a lie, the elders instead claimed that Devesh needed to meditate for a period of 50 years uninterupted.
He would go away and live in a secret cave in the heart of the great volcano, and meditate till enlightenment. Whereupon he would come back with his prophecised powers, and save the nation.
Devesh, a confused and timid 18 year old, was initially unconvinced of this idea. He was wary of his elders, noticing a change in emotional response due to his inability to come up with ways to win wars. To convince him fully of their sincerity, Devesh was given the ring of the great Narmoth, as identification when he was to return.
So Devesh meditated beneath the volcano. living off the stalactic water and insects found within, sealed off from the world by a huge boulder unmoveable by twenty men.
Time passes.
49 years, 11 months and 25 days later the volcano errupts, interupting devesh's meditation. The huge stone boulder is somewhat toppled from the doorway due to the force of the eruption, but devesh repels from the entrance, unwilling to be interupted before the 50 years are up.
However later that night, devesh is awoken by two thieves. Upon startling him, he finds out that they are treasure hunting bandits, searching the newly opened volcano to try find the legendary Narmoths ring who rumours say was stolen by a young boy who jad fled to a cave deep inside the volcano. The thieves forced him at knifepoint to hand over his only possesion, the legendary ring which shone intensely in the dark cavern. They laughed at his non-retaliation, feigning attacks that were met with instinctive defensivce reactions.
It is this, combined with the realisation his 50 years of mediatation are now in vain due to the interuption, the causes devesh to rage. An impulsive wrath overtakes him, and in a blaze of inhuman speed he rushes to the thieves and strikes 2 great blows, sending them flying into the volcanoes core. Unfortunately Narmoths ring, in the pocket of the theif, is also destoryed amidst the molten chasm.
It is at this point, brimming with a guilted anger that has unlocked his true power, that he decides to return to Narmoths village.
However he is unable to be let inside the Narmoth walls. His pleas and stories of his past falling deafly upon the newly young ears of the villages military. The soldiers laugh at his claims he is Devesh, asking him to show narmoths ring as identification. When he tries to explain the situation, they laugh even harder, tell him to leave, or they will fill his face with arrows. So he leaves, anger burning through his soul, energy pulsing through his vains, traversing the countryside, not knowing what to do next.
The most ancient Dark elder is informed of rumours of a madman wandering the countryside, with great power and speed, talking of preopecheis and rings of narmoth. Remembering the great legends of old he personally hunts down derelicte and homeless Devesh, sleeping under a lifeless tree..
Recognising at once the great power emanating from his, the leader wakes devesh, and poses as the spiritual form of the great Narmoth. He convinces him that his fate is to destroy the real evil, that of his own light nation, which in the past turned against its hero, narmoth, and has done again to Devesh. He gives devesh the Devine Shakram, as equal in reverance to the dark side as Narmoths Ring was to the light, and persuades him to destroy those who had forgotten and abandoned him.
Devesh inspired, blindly rages and utterly destroys all of the light nation. Wielding his Devine Shakram and spiritual energy abounding, Devesh ploughs through the armies of light without a stretch. He counquered cities as nothing could keep up with his speed, and none of the lights all powerful defensive spells were able to penetrate the boundless energy radiating from him.
Finally the dark elder pushes Devesh tp rape the city of Narmoth. He slaughters everyone, military and civilian, women and child. He is stopped in his genocidal tracks by an inquiring question from an astounded, butchered and dying old man. He is the final remaining light ancient elder, the last living person of the entire light nation. He questions the identity of his unknown assailnt, who reveals his identity as the one they people used to call Devesh. The ancient, realising at once that the prophecy has come true, but in reverse.
The dying elder uses his final strength and words to explain to Devesh the trickery the dark forces have played upon him, he acknowledges that he must indeed be The Devesh. The elder asks for forgiveness for imposing devesh to such a life, and also informs devesh of the prophecy, and his role in it. The elder dies before devesh can respond to anything.
Realising that he has been duped by the dark side enrages Devesh. He sets off in a rush to annhilate the dark nation, anger clouding any thought in his brain.
The dark elder hears that his trickery is found out is shocked to the bone. Knowing full well the power of devesh, and full well the prophecy entails, he calls upon the greatest weapon the dark forces have. Gathering all the elders of the dark force, they call upon the dark ancient power to save them from this impending doom. They unleash the legendary Tiger Monster, a collosal ferocious tiger 10 foot tall, with claws 3 feet long, and teeth 4 inches wide. It bursts out of the dark ofrces mainland and sprints without pause, for days on end, to devour the oncomin enemy.
Devesh and the tiger monster meet admidst the dark plains of village Devesh has destroyed previously. Devesh has heard all the myths associsated with the tiger monster, it was the story people used to joke about to children to keep them wandering around the fields. Its blood poured out of its necked, dripping in a flood of perspiration and hair. Devesh was unintimidated by the beast. Using the range of his Devine Shakram at full length, was able to inflict some damage, but the beast was relentless.
Realising this was a spirit animal though, Devesh cunningly channeled his spirit energy to steal away the spirit power of the great beast. Sucking away at its physical lifeforce, the animal slowly became weaker and weaker. Devesh moved into finish the beast off, slicing its neck, decapitating it. He watched as the body of the animal dissolved into a great spirit and began to float back to the heart of the dark nation, and he knew who had sent the beast. Using his spirit channeling power, he forced the spirit of the tiger monster back, and ingested it within himself.
He could feel the power of the devine darkness melding with his near nirvanic spiritual good. And so it was, with this unholy spiritual union, and armed with the most sacred weapon of the dark forces, that Devesh fulfilled his fate and prophecy, destroying the dark nation and ending the war, forever.

Name : Devesh
Type : Assasin (although potentially general)
Roles : Anti-mana/spellcast. Speedy Demigod.
Pros: very useful against demigods, takes away mana and can harass from a bit of range, has speed to escape.
Cons: Not much hp, not much targetable aoe unless vs demigods, not good vs towers/higher level creeps
Appearance : Old indian monk, wearing a massive tigers head upon his head, with the tigers as a cloak.
Bold, darker skinned.
Rest of his body is dressed in raggety old clothes.
Carrys a powerful and glittering jewelled sharkam half the size of his body. Body the size of or slightly larger then regulus.
Attack
Ranged. Attacks with a shakram, a circular metallic disc. Think Xena. Once passively upgraded would be able to strike multiple targets. However in meele range, meele style attack only attacks one target for a bit more damage.
Range not enough to reach towers unhit.
Pros: can attack multiple targets, ranged.
Cons: not as good meele.

Big Silver Disc.
Abilities (still need to be balanced . help please?)
Active
1. Impulsive Wrath -
Calls upon the inherent spiritual energy inciting rage, resulting in a massive speed increase and 2 damaging swipes, but is racked with spiritual guilt Afterwards.
(The speed last for the set time, or untill the melee attack occurs. If only speed if used, and no meele, then guilt is not invoked and no speed decrease occurs.)
Mana 500/750/950
Speed +25% (for 3/6/10 seconds or untill the meele attack)
Meele Attack (250/400/650/950
Guilt/Speed decrease -15% for 2/3/4
15s cooldown.
1 second cast time.
1. Impulsive Wrath Level 15.
Permanent passive speed increase. 12.5%
+ Not able to drop below 50% speed.
2. Spirit steal
Devesh establishes a spiritual link with another demigod whichs burns off mana at a constant rate + low aoe damage for the amount of mana stolen.
(All effects are based in a proximity and pulse way. I envision a coloured link between the demigods that only goes to a certain length, and the mana burn and damage is occured in a pulse way, like the way Erebus does mist damage. The mana being stolen is siphoned to devesh, but does not cause damage to the demigod, only to the minions or creeps around him. The spell can be broken by moving out of the proximity of devesh/oaks shield/debuffers etc.)
Mana cost 0
Mana siphon/ps 50/80/110/200
Aoe damage 100/150/200/350
Instant cast time
30 second cooldown.
Instant Cast time
2 Level 15 Spirit Steal
Halts all mana regen of the target and causes all normal attacks to affected target demigod to burn off mana for 10 seconds.
3 Dark Spirit Monster (ideas for names?)
Devesh invokes the power he ingested of the Dark Spirit Monster, summoning the (uncontrollable?) great tiger of darkness. The tigers spirit relentless attacks the target demigod, untill its spirit energy fades away.
(A very speedy Spirit tiger attacks a demigod over time at a targeted demigod, like a UB spit and forget, but bleeds out (hp) over time. It has an actual tiger form that can be attacked and killed to stop it early. It grows bigger the more it gains levels, which is very useful to obscuring the view of the opponent and to harrass. More levels also means higher hp, higher attack and its spiritual level takes on a high plane, meaning it cannot be attacked by lesser forms i.e. creeps and towers.
very useful to harrass, pressure, and to help out a demigod under attack a distance away from you.)
Cast distance 90 yards. (not too sure how big this is. think it is regulus snipe distance. will take time to arrive though. any idea the distance?
cast time: 1.5 seconds.
35 Second cool down.
Mana cast: 500/750/950/1150
Health 1200/1500/2000/2500
Bleed 30/25/20/15
Attack 30/50/75/100
Size: Tiny/Normal/Large/Huge
Level 1 - Can be attacked by anything (creeps/minions, towers, demigods)
Level 2 - Can be attacked by anything but creeps.
Level 3 - Can be attacked by anything but creeps.
Level 4 - can only be attack by demigods/abilities
3. Spirit Monster Level 15 - only attacked by demigods/abilities.
When running, smaller creeps are knocked out of the way, 15hps and 15mps friendly aura.
4. Spell Immunity
Devesh invokes the spiritual power within to block all incoming dangerous spells from a targeted demigod. However, the spiritual focus of such magnitude leaves deveshs physical body much more open to attack.
(basically an ability like oaks shield which blocks the ability hit of spells, not attacks i.e. tb fireball or regulus snipe. However, whoever it may be cast upon, it leaves Devesh very open to attack, and making attacks do 15% more damage + -10% armouragainst devesh for the length of the spell.)
12 second cooldown.
.1 second cast time.
Mana cost 300/450/550/700
Length 2/4/7/10
Armour - 10%
Health - 15% per enemy attack for the length.
4. Spell Immunity level 15
10% chance for 500armour + 10 speed% for the caster.
Passive Abilities
Intense Shakram Training
Upgraded normal attack to hit multiple foes. Don't know whether to implement as aoe or individual hits.
2/4/6 different people.
Does nothing extra if only 1 other person. i.e. does not do 6 attacks vs a person.
Gaining Enlightenment
The rigors of battle assist you in reaching a higher plane of enlightenment.
10/30/50 hp/s
20/40/70 +attack
