Can't connect to others/others can't connect to you? Gather!

I don't have to use /serverproxyonly anymore!  

I tried playing a game without and it worked perfectly.  (Well, almost perfectly, our team lost, but that's 'cause I still suck at playing this game; it had nothing to do with the connection).

I guess I should quit blaming Qwest for my problems  (although it was their modem/router that was part of the problem).

TODAY'S PATCH SOLVED IT. GOT INTO A LOBBY INSTANTLY.

the new patch has not fixed my connection problem though. I've changed to 6002-6200 port and changed FireWall settings yet when i try to connect a game it will say 'Can not connect becuase of NAT facilitator. Please try again later.' or something like that. so please fix the problem or inform me of what i possibly am doing wrong. Thank yo for your work.

It seems your problem is different from what this thread is intended to discuss about.

Our problem is that when we get into the connection page, we will just be stuck at attempting to connect or waiting to connect, as shown in the screenshot on the previous page. Unlike our issue, your problem is completely different.

I have seen many others having the same NAT facilitator problem too, so I suggest you check you google it up or search the forums to see if there is any fix.

WOOHOO! The recent patch fixed my problems with connecting to other people. I've played my first few battles and believe me when I say that I suck. But it's ok, because I can play now.
