This does indeed sound like it can be pretty exploitable for an Erebus player if the situation presents itself, especially since his resulting death will leave a new poison potion for him to do the same thing again. Along the same lines, though, I think there's also a bit of an issue with an ooze Unclean Beast being able to deny his opposition gold from what would be a sure kill by committing suicide via ooze leaking, which offers no gold reward to anyone. It may not be easy to do on the spot in the middle of a sticky situation, especially with high regen like any good Ooze UB player would have, but it does happen. In fact, in a particular match in which I was the Ooze UB in question, I must've suicided by leaking four or five times purely by chance while in the middle of brawling with enemy demigods!
